Word Décor 'n More will never sell, share, or rent any information obtained from this site. We value our customers privacy and our mailing list is kept strictly confidential. We use both PayPal and ProPay as our payment processing services because both shield all of your payment information. You may choose which payment process you would like to use. You may use PayPal even if you DON'T have a PayPal account!
Return Policy
We know you are going to love our products as much as we do! However, if you are not completely satisfied with the product you receive from Word Décor 'n More, simply return the uninstalled product, in "NEW" condition, to us within 30 days of purchase and, at your discretion, we will either:
We cannot accept the return of any previously installed product. However, if a letter or two was damaged during the installation, let us know and we will send you the required replacement letters at no charge.
Shipping
Effective January 18, 2010 - Orders shipped within the US are shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders going to Canada are shipped USPS First Class Mail. A flat rate of $6.00 is charged per shipment, regardless of the number of items purchased. In addition, FREE SHIPPING is offered with orders of $75 or more.
We do ship internationally for $12. International orders are shipped USPS First Class.
Orders within the US generally take 2 - 3 days shipping time, while Canadian orders can take anywhere from 7 - 14 days. International orders may take longer than 14 days. However, we do not guarantee these timeframes, and cannot be held responsible for delays with the USPS or due to customs.
Express mail overnight delivery is available through USPS for $27.00, but it does not guarantee overnight delivery to all areas. (FREE SHIPPING offer does not apply to Express Mail delivery option.) Please contact us prior to ordering if you need to use the Express Mail delivery option.
All orders are generally shipped within 3 - 5 business days. However, this time frame may vary slightly due to production workloads.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be added to all orders for customers living in the state of New Mexico. No sales tax will be added for customers outside the state.

If any are found to be under copyright, they will immediately be removed. It is the sole responsibility of Word Décor 'n More customers to obtain permission for the use of images and quotes submitted. It is not the responsibility of Word Décor 'n More to search the archives of the patent office or copyright information for quotes or images submitted by our customers. Our website, design, original artwork, and purchase gallery are under copyright and forbidden to be copied, redistributed, or published in whole or in part without written permission.

Products
Word Décor 'n More sells only what is believed to be a top quality product. We do not guarantee that it will work on all surfaces in the same way, or that removal will not cause damage to wallpaper, wall finishes, and painted surfaces. All information that is known about the vinyl itself, and the best application and removal process is shared freely. We represent our products to the best of our ability.
