WHAT IS WORD DECOR 'N MORE? TOP
Word Décor 'n More offers decorative vinyl lettering, words, and phrases used to spruce up plain, boring walls and turn them into inspirational works of art. The letters are pre-spaced, individually cut and are sticky on the back. They will arrive in one piece (larger or longer sayings may come in a few pieces). The letter thickness is equivalent to about 2-3 coats of paint, giving you a beautiful hand painted look. After the application is complete, only the letters are stuck to the wall. They will not fade or crack. Word Décor 'n More words can be used anywhere you’d like to decorate with a personal message: painted walls, wallpaper, windows, mirrors, furniture and metal.
HOW WILL MY LETTERING ARRIVE? TOP
Your lettering, also known as wall letters or wall words, will arrive pre-spaced between two sheets of transfer paper. Depending on the size of the phrase, it will come in one or several pieces.
WILL MY ORDER COME WITH APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS? TOP
Absolutely! We will include a very easy-to-follow instruction sheet with your order. You may also refer to the Application Instructions page for a copy of these instructions.
WILL MY VINYL LETTERING ADHERE TO ANY SURFACE? TOP
This lettering sticks to almost any smooth surface like painted walls, glass, mirrors, and smooth metal and wood. Word Décor 'n More products can be applied to lightly textured walls. Highly textured walls will require a little more patience and work during application. Rough or uneven surfaces like cinder block, brick, porous aluminum, or stucco surfaces are not good surfaces for this product.
WHEN APPLYING, CAN THE TRANSFERS BE REPOSITIONED? TOP
Generally the transfers are somewhat forgiving, and can be gently repositioned during initial application. However, once the letters are applied, they can not be removed and reused someplace else. If there is a question or problem with this area, we are more than happy to be of assistance.
There is one exception to this - any of the products listed under the category "Reusable Wall Decals" CAN be reused. These products are designed specifically to be easily removed and repositioned, as needed.
CAN I GET AN ITEM IN A COLOR OR FONT OTHER THAN WHAT IS SHOWN? TOP
IF I'M NOT SURE IF A CERTAIN VINYL COLOR WILL MATCH MY DECOR, CAN I REQUEST A SAMPLE? TOP
Of course! We want you to be completely happy with your order! Simply fill out a request on the Contact Us page, stating the color you would like to see, as well as an address we can send it to. Please allow 24 - 48 hours for it to be sent out.
DO YOU DO CUSTOM WORK? TOP
Yes, we love to do custom work! Any custom ideas can be sent to us in a .JPG or similar file. If you have a company logo or artwork, we will need an .EPS or "vector art" file. Please contact us for further information.
CAN I CLEAN OR DUST THE APPLIED WORD TRANSFERS? TOP
The area around the transfer may be gently cleaned with a slightly damp cloth. Please do not use any cleaners such as: glass or all-purpose cleaners, or harsh abrasives.
HOW LONG DOES THE LETTERING LAST? TOP
We use high quality vinyl that is designed to last outdoors for four years. Since there are less dramatic changes in temperature and humidity indoors, the lifetime of the vinyl should be significantly extended. Vinyl is flexible, durable, and washable; it will not fade, crack, or peel. However, as with anything that sits for years in continual sunshine, the PAINT surrounding the vinyl can fade in long-term sun exposure. Even though the vinyl will not be affected, the faded paint may leave a “ghosting” effect around the vinyl.
ARE THE DECALS EASY TO REMOVE WHEN I'M READY FOR A CHANGE? TOP
YES! Our decals are extremely easy to remove, when you are ready for a new look! Simply lift the edge of a character with tweezers and peel away from wall. If the letters have been on for a significant amount of time, a hairdryer may be needed to slightly heat them, which will loosen them and make removal easier. Any residue may be easily cleaned with a sticky-substance remover such as GOO GONE®, any orange cleaner or just plain old Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol.
PLEASE NOTE: Because the decals ARE easy to remove, please keep away from children, and do not apply where small children can reach. Small children may be able to remove small sections of vinyl. WHAT DO I DO WHEN I AM READY TO REMOVE THE TRANSFER? TOP

SAFETY: Just to reiterate - because the vinyl decals ARE so easy to remove, it is imperative the decals are not applied within easy reach of babies or toddlers. There is a choking danger should a child peel a letter or piece of vinyl and place it in their mouth. Word Decor 'n More is NOT liable if such an incident should occur.
